I have known Honza for 7 years. He joined MobileSoft as a project manager and gradually worked his way up to the role where he is responsible for all of our custom development. He leads a team of senior developers and a portfolio of projects from requirements through to long-term growth, with responsibility for deadlines, budgets and profitability. In our strongest years roughly half of our revenue went through him, and it was exactly that money that let us invest in developing our own product, AppBlock.
